I never write a review but due to my horrible experience with this pharmacy I thought I might be saving other people from going through the same situation and hopefully will think twice before going to this CVS....

I came to this pharmacy because my insurance told me my medication was covered through them. They took my info and said they needed to verify my insurance then would be calling me as soon as my prescription was ready, this was Monday morning. Monday and Tuesday went by and still had not heard from them. I called Wednesday and this lady Jocelyn who works in the pharmacy answered she was very, very rude, she kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak , not to mention she was yelling over the phone. She yelled saying my insurance had not approved my medication and said I needed to call them because they were to busy to do it themselves. I called my insurance and they told me my medication had been approved since that morning. That in fact they had faxed over the authorization that morning. When I called the pharmacy back it was impossible to get through. I called back Thursday and the pharmacy was still saying my medication still had not been approved. I told them my medicine had been approved since Wednesday, gave them the phone number & persons name I spoke to from my insurance so they can call and verify for themselves. They never called me back, I had to call them to check if they had confirmed my medication was approved or not. It finally was, and by the time I got my medicine it was Friday afternoon. That wasn't the worst part, they gave me the wrong dosage. My doctor requested Ibuprofen 600 mg and they gave me Ibuprofen 800mg. To some people it may not be a big deal but I started taking the medicine and it upset my stomach. I've taken 600 mg before so I knew something was wrong. Sure enough the label on the bottle said 600 mg but the pills inside were marked 8I which stands for Ibuprofen 800. I went back and told them what they had done wrong but they didn't seem to care to much.
Like I said this is the first review I write and I just hope it helps other people. I know I will never be coming back to this pharmacy. Not only did I have a bad experience getting my medicine but also had a bad experience with Jocelyn and the medication itself.
